
Prior to scanning from a printer to a Mac computer with macOS, it’s essential to adjust the Scan to PC Settings within Samsung Easy Printer Manager. To initiate these settings, we guide you with what you need to do below:
- Ensure you have the most recent print and scan drivers installed. Now open the Samsung Easy Printer Manager on your Mac by clicking its icon in the dock.
- Choose your printer from the list on the left side, then click on the Advanced mode icon. Proceed to the following step if Samsung Easy Printer Manager is already set to Advanced mode.
- Select the Scan to PC Settings icon found at the top of the Samsung Easy Printer Manager window.
- Choose the checkbox for Enable Scan from Device Panel and then click Save.

- On the Basic tab, choose a preferred option for each of the following settings: Color Mode, Resolution, Original Size, Scan Size, Duplex, Original Type, Darkness, Orientation, Quality
- Now configure the File Settings by selecting Save To and Format.
- You can additionally configure Actions After Saving settings.
- Now choose your preferred settings on the Image tab.

- Now configure Image Adjustment settings like Auto crop, Auto rotation, Blank Page Detection, Auto Straighten, Watermark
After making your selections, click Save to finalize the scan setup. To close the Samsung Easy Printer Manager, click the X at the top-right corner of the window.
